Sample policy
Sample Policy & Testing Process
Samples are used to validate training suitability, cost control, and reorder potential before larger cooperation.
Why We Offer Samples
Samples are used to test whether our feather training shuttle is suitable for your daily practice, coaching sessions, school training, club use, or local distribution.
Product Positioning
This shuttle is not positioned as a top tournament shuttle. It is designed for practical training use, coaching, school programs, club practice, and high-volume daily sessions where cost control matters. Use premium shuttles for matches. Use practical feather training shuttles for daily practice.
Testing Process
Step 1: Submit your sample request.
Tell us your current shuttle type, current brand, price per tube, target price range, monthly usage, and main issue.
Step 2: We recommend a suitable sample pack.
We review your customer type, training volume, and current shuttle level.
Step 3: Test in real training sessions.
Please test the shuttle in normal practice, coaching drills, school training, or club sessions.
Step 4: Submit sample feedback.
Rate flight stability, durability, feel, training suitability, acceptable price, and reorder interest.
Step 5: Discuss small-batch trial or cooperation.
If the sample is suitable, we can discuss 30 / 50 / 100 tube trial orders, club price, school price, or distributor cooperation.
What to Evaluate During Testing
Sample Availability
Sample availability depends on customer type, monthly usage, destination country, sample purpose, and follow-up potential. We prioritize coaches, schools, clubs, academies, and distributors with clear training or resale needs.
After Testing
After testing the sample in real training sessions, please submit feedback. We use your feedback to decide whether the shuttle is suitable for your training use, small-batch trial, or distributor discussion.
